This is a great card to pull for a Monday. As the new work week begins for many of us, it’s time for new beginnings or new ways of doing things.

If you have been using a direct approach and it doesn’t seem to be working, maybe it’s time for a more subtle way to accomplish your goal. For example, what if you have been trying to get a coworker to do something, and that person has not gotten the message?

Speak to an influencer, someone that person trusts, and see if that other person can deliver the message — in a different way. That simple change could give you the result you’re looking for.
