By purchasing a consultation from Integrity Tarot Consulting, you agree to these conditions:

Refund Policy

Cancellation

I understand that things come up unexpectedly and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Once your live telephone or live video conference consultation appointment is reserved, you may cancel your appointment and receive a 100% refund if you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment time.

You may cancel your appointment by email to roland@integritytarotconsulting.com or by phone or message to 616-803-9826.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, you can reschedule your appointment -- please see below.

Rescheduling

I understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly and you may need to reschedule your appointment.

Once your telephone or video conference consultation appointment is reserved, you may reschedule your appointment by giving notice in advance.

You may reschedule your appointment by email to roland@integritytarotconsulting.com or by phone or message to 616-803-9826. no less than two hours before your appointment. 

"No Show" for Your Appointment

If you reserve an appointment, do not contact me to cancel or reschedule, and fail to be available by phone or video conference connection at the time of the appointment, there will be no refund. 

Terms of Service

By receiving or participating in an Integrity Tarot Consulting Tarot service, you acknowledge that I am neither a licensed psychologist nor health care professional and that my services do not replace the care of a psychologist, psychiatrist, or other healthcare professional.

Tarot consultations -- whether written or conducted live or recorded over a telephone or video conference system -- are in no way to be construed as or substituted for psychological counseling or any other type of therapy or medical advice.

Integrity Tarot Consulting will conduct Tarot Consultations in accordance with professional and ethical principles. However, neither Roland Prevost nor Integrity Tarot Consultants can guarantee the outcome of an Integrity Tarot Consulting consultation, or of any ideas provided or recommendations made in a Tarot session. Integrity Tarot Consultants makes no guarantees, either express or implied.
