While it may not be “pretty,” doing what’s required can bring future rewards.
The work is hard — there will be analysis, problem-solving, research, and idea-generation.
There is not a get-rich-quick solution to most problems. Solving serious problems requires genuine work and effort.
If you expend the right effort in the right ways, you will reap results. But the key is that the efforts be the right ones, most likely to succeed.
