Tarot Musings: December 21, 2022 -- Five of Wands and Queen of Swords
This morning I drew two cards for you, my Instagram and Facebook friends and followers.
In case you didn’t remember, today is the Winter Solstice — the shortest day of 2022 north of the Equator.
Are you a peacemaker or negotiator who is trying to maneuver or influence several people who have different opinions and points of view?
This can be the role of the Queen of Swords — The queen of Swords can find the way forward and get things moving, while other people may be flailing, hitting each other with their wands, but not accomplishing much of anything.
So ask yourself, are you the Queen of Swords, the peacemaker? Is that the right role for you to play? If it is, are you reluctant to do so? Or are you stepping into the fray?
This can be about influence. Not "What I can do, for which I am solely responsible?" but, "Where can I have some influence on someone else, and help them do or think something that will be beneficial for both of us?" That is how you can start to impact the world around you.
On the other hand, if you think you might be one of the people flailing, take a deep breath and focus on what you want to accomplish.
Sometimes we get caught up in acting, without focusing on the results of those actions.
