Tarot Musings: November 19, 2022 — Ace of Pentacles and Four of Cups
This interpretation is for the community to reads my Tarot posts “in the big.”
Are you thinking you should accomplish something huge before the end of the year?
You will need to work hard at it. And remember this — don’t beat yourself up if you don’t succeed entirely. If you make a solid start, that by itself is a great accomplishment.
Are you weary? Probably. Are you looking at things accurately, with clear eyes? You probably are not. Are you weary because you have tried more than once, but not succeeded? Are you stumped to figure out why? That is likely.
Are your feelings getting in the way of your thoughts? Are you not thinking irrationally, but not aware of it? This is very likely.
This kind of disconnect between heart, viewpoint, and actions indicated by these two cards tells us that it makes sense to sit down and take a deep breath.
Reassess.
Reassess both your accomplishments this year and your expectations. How realistic were those goals?
Lastly, how much could you and did you control — completely? Maybe not as much as you had first thought.
